You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason. A UPS Return label will be provided, however, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. * Please note, you must advise Real Rooms when the item has been dropped off or picked up. Then, the full refund be applied.
All products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost. Real-Rooms.com must be notified of the damaged item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you request a return for a fully functional item, we encourage you to donate it to a reputable organization of your choice. If you choose this option, please provide us with a picture of the donation receipt. Upon receiving the donation receipt, the full refund will be applied.
